- Pick your bar: Snoball Bar, Lemonade Bar, Water Ice Bar, or Cocoa + Popcorn Bar in winter. Add a second bar for +$3 per guest.

How many guests can you serve?
Anywhere from about 20 guests to big crowds. Tell us your headcount and we'll size it.
What space do you need?
Outdoors, a flat 10 by 10 foot spot for our tent. Indoors, about 10 by 8 feet for the cart and our back table, plus one outlet nearby.
Do you do indoor events?
Yes. Gyms, offices, churches and party rooms all work.
Where do you serve?
We're based in Lakeville and serve Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro. Ask us about your city.
Any dietary notes?
Our shaved ice and syrups are dairy-free and gluten-free. Cream toppings and cookie toppings aren't, so ask and we'll guide you.
How far ahead should I book?
Summer weekends and December fill first. Have a last-minute date? Ask anyway.
